As we come to the end of Pride Month 2022, we are committed to ensuring that Paradise is an inclusive space for communities targeted by discrimination such as racism, sexism, transphobia, ableism and homophobia.
We welcome feedback on how we can improve on these efforts. Every person who comes to Paradise, be it crew, artists or audience has a shared responsibility to oppose discriminatory behaviours and promote inclusivity. This is a community and every body is welcome.
We believe that everyone should feel (and be) safe at all times, and that any form of uninvited advance (physical or verbal) is absolutely unacceptable.
Paradise Gardens is already a very strong and conscientious community, with very few reports of such incidents over the years, but we strongly encourage anyone who has experienced or witnessed sexual harassment to report it to a steward or security – we will take all reports seriously and take appropriate action. Don’t be a bystander!
